✨All returns must be made within 7 business days from receiving the package if shipped or 7 days from fulfillment if you choose pickup. you will receive an email when it is ready and that’s usually i’m 1-3 days. Items must still have tags attached, not been worn and not damaged. all returns will be exchanged for store credit. preorders are non refundable (unless there was an issue on my end) because i’m ordering that item specifically for you. 

✨NEW POLICY: pickup orders MUST be picked up by 2 weeks of when you get the “ready for pickup” notification! I have had packages sitting in the bin for MONTHS. on drop days, the bin gets full fast so I need the extra space. if you fail to pick them up within 2 weeks (14 days), i will message you and require you to pay shipping. if not paid in 48 hours, your order will be canceled and items will be restocked to my site with no refund. I hate to set this strict policy but I have to at this point in order to keep pickup as an option! if this still is an issue i will have to take the pickup option away and i hate to do that for my local girls. I try my best to have orders ready for y’all super fast and when they sit in the bin for weeks or months at a time, it’s frustrating.
